Suzy Dean, AddIn365 CEO, has been shortlisted for Computing Magazine’s Women in IT Excellence Awards 2018.

Now in its second year, the Women in IT Excellence Awards aims to shine a spotlight where it’s most needed in tech: on the mould-breaking, ceiling-smashing female talent rising up the ranks and shaking up the industry.

Suzy has been shortlisted for two categories, Entrepreneur of the Year and Innovator of the Year.

Suzy has been recognised for AddIn365’s strong financial performance and for AddIn365’s bleeding edge technology offering in the Microsoft Office 365 space.

AddIn365 turnover has doubled each year since inception in August 2015, with a focus on delivering Microsoft Office 365 to large organisations in finance, media and infrastructure.

AddIn365’s latest product innovations have focused on supporting employee collaboration with OneDrive, Microsoft Teams and on Microsoft Teams adoption. Suzy has said of these new products, “Microsoft offers an amazing collaboration tool set today and we are focusing on helping organisations to move from email and file share and in to Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. This requires a big focus on adoption, as we are transforming the way that people undertake their work.”

AddIn365 enjoy a high profile within the industry thanks to a focus on demonstrable return on investment. “We use our analytics package to understand customer use of our products which informs part of our Microsoft Office 365 products roadmap. Being able to share the same adoption figures with our customers provides total transparency of where projects are at; where we are having success and where we need to focus in order to transform the working habits of our customer organisations. It has worked fantastically well for everybody involved and has helped us to deliver clear customer success.”
