Paul Schaeflein, Technical Architect at AddIn365, will be speaking at the North American Collaboration Summit (NACS) March 14-15, 2019, Missouri. NACS is a world class event focusing on Office 365 and collaborative working, with session tracks for developers, administrators and business stakeholders. NACS will see keynote sessions led by the Microsoft Product Group and other MVPs.

On speaking at the event, Paul has said, “the North American Collaboration Summit is a terrific event. The content is high-quality – on par with the large Microsoft conferences. But the intimate setting with less attendees provides a terrific opportunity to interact with sponsors, speakers and fellow attendees without the crowds. I am delighted to be participating again.”

Paul will lead two sessions at NACS.

Developing for Office 365

Office 365 offers many productivity services such as SharePoint, Teams, Flow, PowerApps and Outlook. But business data is in many systems, often in on-premises systems. Integrating relevant data with the productivity systems in cloud provides tremendous benefits for organizations.

Understanding the best integration strategy for your systems can be quite overwhelming. This workshop will cover many of the platforms available including:

  • SharePoint Framework components
  • Microsoft Teams Apps
  • Connectors and Cards
  • Bots

Smart user interfaces with adaptive cards; reducing friction and improving productivity

Think outside the box of templated cards. Adaptive Cards let you describe your content as you see fit and deliver it beautifully wherever your customers are. Adaptive Cards are an open card exchange format enabling developers to exchange UI content in a common and consistent way. Many Microsoft products support cards, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Windows 10.

Learn how to use Adaptive cards in your applications to streamline business processes and help information workers get their job done.
