Hosted by our CEO Suzy Dean, our IT Leaders’ Lunch took place last week in Mayfair’s historic Scott’s restaurant, bringing together a group of CIOs and CTOs from across industries. Set against the restaurant’s iconic backdrop, guests enjoyed a three-course lunch and an engaging discussion on how they are delivering business growth in challenging economic conditions.

From strategic platforms and the place of AI to getting the right team in place – lots of challenges and opportunities got an airing, facilitated by amazing presentations from our speakers Dominic Dow (CTO, Robert Walters) Chris Green (CIO, Cadillac Formula One) and Wes Hackett (CTO, Addin365).

Dominic explored the CTOs role in driving revenue growth, shared Robert Walters’ tech and product strategy and how this has delivered top line revenue growth. Dominic’s story highlighted the power of a well-executed digital strategy to drive IT resilience and business growth, even in challenging market conditions.

Wes outlined key considerations for achieving a board-level growth objective, drawing on his experience working with numerous blue-chip organisations.

Chris closed lunch with his session ‘From startup to racing through the lens of IT.’ Chris shared fascinating insights into how he has delivered at pace to support the Team’s growth and offered a unique lens into how tech paired with precision and teamwork, is fuelling success in one of the world’s most competitive industries.

It was a truly enjoyable afternoon that sparked new thinking – so much so that we plan to make this a regular gathering.
