What to expect if you get in touch, and don’t know what’s possible
We understand that the thought of a digital workplace project for Microsoft 365 can be daunting. It can be hard to know what’s possible, what you need to do and where to start.
If you get in touch with us we will have an introductory call with you to understand the business outcomes you would like to see, for example: increased engagement with internal comms content, providing one version of the truth for your content and delivering a one stop shop are all the kinds of things we are used to hearing.
Once we understand what you are looking to achieve, we will organise a demonstration with you to showcase the ‘art of the possible’ based on your business objectives.
If you like what you have seen, we will then have a meeting to go through a proposal that details the steps and activities needed to get you from where you are today, to having a new digital workplace up and running. In our proposals, each project activity details what we need from you and all our pricing is fixed cost, for peace of mind.
What to expect if you get in touch, and know your requirements
If you have done the work of detailing your requirements and get in touch, we will have an introductory call with you to learn a bit more about what you are looking to achieve, and to discuss the requirements you have gathered.
Once we understand your requirements, we will organise a demonstration showing how each of your requirements will be met with a combination of Microsoft 365 capabilities and our digital employee experience products and services.
If you like what you have seen, we will have a meeting to go through a proposal that details the steps and activities needed to get you from where you are today, to having a new digital workplace that meets your requirements.
What a typical project process looks like

Our project process will flex to compliment the work you may have already done internally, how much you want to deliver and your available budget. Typically, our project approach is as follows:
Success Definition
We will talk to your business leaders to understand their goals. We will talk to, or survey, a sample of your employees to understand their digital employee experience needs and frustrations. We will provide a ‘now vs future state’ document, so you have clarity about how your employee needs will be met.
Partnering with IT
We will work with your IT team to understand their Change Approval Process and create a shared plan for the project from a technology perspective. Typically, this involves being coordinated on available Audience and Permission requirements and go-Live activities.
We will work with your internal comms stakeholders to explain the different communications channels in Microsoft 365 – and help align these to your content and internal comms strategy.
Information Architecture
Starting from our task-based architectures, we will workshop with your stakeholders to iterate our pre-built patterns for common scenarios such as news, departments and community, so that the patterns reflect how your business works.
Once your patterns are ready, we will use your brand guidelines to design two look and feel concepts for your new digital employee experience. You will choose your favourite and we will brand your patterns following the same concept.

Launch planning
We will support your launch and communications plan for the new digital workplace, ensuring all your employees understand what’s being made available, how it meets their needs and when it will go Live, so your launch goes smoothly.
Measure and optimise
From go-Live we will measure your digital employee experience engagement and track the common user journeys your employees are taking through your sites, using Addin Analytics. We will partner with you to optimise your content journeys to ensure key content is findable and your internal comms strategy has high levels of engagement. What’s more, having one eye on your analytics will ensure your digital workplace can evolve with your business needs.
