To help you deliver excellence in internal comms and employee engagement via your digital employee experience, we partner with the IoIC. By collaborating with the IoIC, we understand the latest internal comms practices, challenges and opportunities. We use these insights to ensure our products and approaches for delivering a digital employee experience put you and your internal comms colleagues in the best position possible to meet your internal comms and business objectives, while mitigating any risks.
Where’s the evidence? We have developed a project process for delivering digital employee experiences that is designed for internal comms and business stakeholders – no technical complexity and all geared towards maximising business value and supporting your internal comms strategy.
Our partnership with the IoIC provides IoIC members an opportunity to hear from our internal comms clients about how they have met their internal comms and business objectives using our digital employee experience products and services for Microsoft 365.
In June 2023 we took to the stage with our client Gatehouse Bank at the IoIC festival to share how we helped to deliver a digital employee experience to their employees that reflected Gatehouse Bank’s culture and values.
In June 2024 we presented again with our client Fremantle at the IoIC festival on how to deliver a digital employee experience with a global reach, that is simultaneously personalised.
