All of our employee engagement software products are evergreen. We release new capabilities to our existing clients monthly, which might mean enhancements to existing features or net new capabilities based on the latest digital design trends.

Quarterly Business Review (QBR)

Each quarter we will meet with you to take feedback on our relationship and your digital employee experience.

We know your business isn’t staying still. In these QBR sessions we will discuss your current business goals, your internal communications strategy and IT objectives, providing guidance on how these can be supported by – or met – within the digital workplace.

Our QBRs are also an opportunity for us to share with you our upcoming client events and product releases, so you can begin to plan how you will use what’s coming as part of your digital employee experience.

Digital workplace educationals

The digital workplace market is constantly evolving. It can be difficult for you to stay on top of the digital technology available and coming, alongside your other priorities.

We provide monthly educationals, ran by our Microsoft MVPs and senior consultants, explaining what new technologies such as SharePoint Premium, Viva and Copilot are for, and how they can be used in your digital workplace. Educationals are also an opportunity to ask our experts any questions that you have.

Educational events are recorded and available in our client site, so you can refer back to them at a time that’s best for you, if you can’t make the event.

Dedicated Account Director
We provide all our clients with a dedicated Account Director, who is your first port of call for any advice that you might need. Your Account Director will know you and your team intimately, your goals and values, ensuring you get the best out of our partnership and your digital employee experience.

Support tickets and SLA

If you ever have an issue with one of our digital employee experience products you are invited to raise a ticket in our Freshdesk system. All support tickets are responded to within 24 hours.

Digital workplace editor hub and FAQ

All of our products come with written and video based training materials that you have 24/7 access to. If you need to remind yourself what something does, what’s available to you or want to change things up in your digital workplace, the editor hub is your go-to resource.
