Suzy Dean has been a Microsoft MVP for five years and has been responsible for the delivery of intranets, portals, and communications capabilities, into organisations, since 2004.

Wes Hackett is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at AddIn365. As CTO, his main responsibilities include leading the development team and supporting clients in understanding and using Microsoft 365: Viva, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

Wes holds Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) status for 10 years and counting. MVPs are technology experts who are always on the ‘bleeding edge’. They have very deep knowledge of Microsoft products and services, while also being able to bring together diverse platforms, products and solutions, to solve real world problems. MVP status is only given to a handful of individuals by Microsoft, globally.

Laura is a communication leader with over 14 years of experience gained in global organisations. She’s Italian but has lived abroad for most of her life. Laura started her career as a journalist to then join Unilever in 2010, where she discovered her passion for Internal Communications. In 2014, she joined the luxury fashion brand Fendi to lead the global IC team and in 2019 she moved to London. Here she led the IC functions of Harrods, The Kraft Heinz Company, and then Klarna, before joining Fremantle in 2022, where she oversees Internal Communication for the Group.

Naomi began her career in Event Management working in prestigious hotels like Conrad Dublin, Intercontinental Dublin and The Waldorf Astoria New York. 

After moving to London from her hometown of Dublin in 2021, she discovered a strong passion for creativity and communications. Shifting gears, she delved into the world of media to specialise in Internal Communications. This started with an EMEA-focused role with TV broadcaster, A+E Networks EMEA, before moving to production and distribution powerhouse, Fremantle. At Fremantle she holds her current position as Internal Communications Executive, on a global scale.
