The IoIC Festival

The IoIC Festival is back for another year, bringing together the internal communications industry’s top practitioners to share knowledge and inspiration. The event is designed to encourage those in the industry to connect and learn from each other, so we can work together to improve employee experiences across businesses.

The Festival presents the opportunity to facilitate conversations, provide feedback on projects, and further build the movement for positive change in our industry. Together, we can improve the employee experience and help our organisations thrive.

Throughout the Festival, you’ll find a variety of zones which means you’re able to take part in the sessions that align most with your goals. The zones are as follows:

  • Inspiration – the place for keynote speeches, topical panels, and though-provoking case studies
  • Practical – here you’ll be able to participate in workshops, lively debates, and interactive learning
  • Problem Solving – this area is dedicated to co-creation and ‘how-to’ sessions
  • Coaching – learn practical tips from experts in the field in both individual and group sessions

How to Attend

The IoIC Festival will be held from Wednesday 12th to Thursday 13th June at Tewinbury, near Welwyn Garden City. Members of the IoIC can purchase tickets via their website.
