Getting started with AI

With AI the focus of many conversations at the moment, it’s important to understand its potential impact and how to start using it across your digital workplace.

New AI innovations and products are being released regularly, prompting many IT professionals to ask “When is it the right time to start using AI?” and “Which products should I introduce first?”

Microsoft has launched some new AI capabilities like Microsoft Syntex, and SharePoint in Copilot is also on the horizon. As IT leaders partner with the business to think about their digital workplace approach, they should become familiar with these new AI products.

In this webinar, 10-time Microsoft MVP and AddIn365 CTO, Wes Hackett will explore what AI-powered products are available to you, which products you should adopt initially, and what AI products are coming from Microsoft in the future.

If you’re looking to deliver a new digital workplace (intranet) in Microsoft 365 and are considering when and how to start with AI, attending this webinar will help you define which course of action is right for your organisation.

In this session we will discuss:

SharePoint in Copilot

Microsoft are launching Copilot in SharePoint later in November 2023. This will allow content owners to use natural language and AI to author SharePoint pages faster and easier. Copilot in SharePoint also includes the ability to turn PowerPoint presentations into pages.

Microsoft Syntex

Microsoft Syntex is a pay-as-you-go service from Microsoft that allows for content understanding to find, organize, and classify documents in SharePoint libraries automatically and thoughtfully. For file heavy estates, Syntex can save significant time and support content findability.

AddIn365’s Content Confidence Kit

AddIn365’s Content Confident Kit uses natural language to help employees discover content they need – and feedback on content that could be better. Maintaining up to date content is made easy, with automated content lifecycle management.

Your leadership, workforce and intranet team can all be confident that your intranet site content is providing the right and relevant information to your employees, on an ongoing basis.
