Personalisation

We will look at how personalised, task-based architectures build brand loyalty, as organisations demonstrate employee-first rather than management-first, thinking.

In this segment we will look at Viva Connections experiences such as the new Viva navigation, Viva mobile and boost capabilities. Viva Connections drives greater personalisation of content.

We will also look at what employee-first architectures look like for common scenarios such as departments and new employee onboarding, amongst others.

 

Community

We will explore how online communities drive employee retention through peer-to-peer connection and help to foster cultural buy-in.

In this segment we will look at the ingredients required to build successful online communities in Viva Engage (Yammer).

We will then look at how these translate to a community sites experience.
