Moving on from SharePoint 2013

Gatehouse Bank moved from SharePoint 2013 to develop a new digital employee experience on Microsoft 365 to reflect their culture and brand – and produce a one-stop shop of useful content.

The internal communications team led by Rachael Snelling and Head of Transformation & MI, Mike Beckford, have gone Live with their new digital employee experience in January 2023.

With 16 years’ experience in both financial services and communications. Rachael has a strong understanding of how communicating a brand’s values and identity not only shapes the brand, but influences how people engage with it. This knowledge underpins her approach to internal communications and stakeholder engagement.

Drawing upon her extensive banking experience, including roles at Bank of Scotland, Lloyds, TSB Bank and Aldermore, Rachael has an apt understanding of both the challenges and opportunities unique to the financial services market and its professionals.
