With 16 years’ experience in both financial services and communications. Rachael has a strong understanding of how communicating a brand’s values and identity not only shapes the brand, but influences how people engage with it. This knowledge underpins her approach to internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
Drawing upon her extensive banking experience, including roles at Bank of Scotland, Lloyds, TSB Bank and Aldermore, Rachael has an apt understanding of both the challenges and opportunities unique to the financial services market and its professionals.
Amongst the 2 million Microsoft practitioners globally, there are a few hundred awarded MVP status for their elite expertise in Microsoft Viva, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
