Following the delivery of Robert Walters’ Connect digital workplace, the work has been recognised across three respected industry awards.
More importantly, the recognition reflects what sits behind a successful digital workplace: a clear strategy, close collaboration between Communications and IT, thoughtful implementation and a commitment to measuring the impact.

Class Winner: Best Intranet
Robert Walters was named Class Winner for Best Intranet at the IOIC Awards 2026.
The judges recognised the way internal communications strategy, technology and change management had been brought together throughout the project. They awarded the entry 10/10 for both execution and skill and measurement, describing it as the strongest submission in the category.
For us, that recognition is important because it reflects what an effective digital workplace should achieve: not simply launching new technology, but creating an experience grounded in employee needs, business objectives and measurable impact.

Robert Walters went on to receive Silver for Best Intranet at the ICE Awards 2026, adding another recognition for Connect and the digital workplace created through our partnership.
Connect provides a shared digital workplace for communication, collaboration and engagement, bringing the employee experience together rather than relying on fragmented channels.
For Communications teams, that matters. A great intranet needs to be more than somewhere to publish content. It needs to help connect people with the organisation and make communication part of the wider employee experience.
