Summer School 12th August 2026: Communications channel modelling for Microsoft 365
Has the proliferation of new comms tools got you confused? Many organisations are struggling with the myriad of communication channels in Microsoft 365, from Viva Engage to SharePoint newsletters, video and Microsoft Teams, leading to decreased engagement amongst employees.
This year, our Summer School will be run by Addin365’s global expert – and Microsoft MVP – Wes Hackett. This workshop will be a half day course dedicated to helping you to build your channel strategy for Microsoft 365.
Wes will show you how to make use of Viva Connections, Viva Engage, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint – and much more. Wes will then guide the class using our framework to align Microsoft communication channels to your comms strategy.

Wes Hackett
Addin365 CTO and Microsoft MVP
Wes Hackett is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at Addin365. As CTO, his main responsibilities include leading the development team and supporting clients in understanding and using Microsoft 365: Viva, SharePoint, Copilot and Microsoft Teams.
Wes holds Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVP) status for 14 years and counting. MVPs are technology experts who are always on the ‘bleeding edge’. They have very deep knowledge of Microsoft products and services, while also being able to bring together diverse platforms, products and solutions, to solve real world problems.
