Rachael leads internal and external communications for Gatehouse Bank, a UK regulated and Shariah-compliant challenger bank that provides competitive savings and home finance solutions for its customers.
With more than16 years’ experience in both financial services and communications. Rachael has a strong understanding of how communicating a brand’s values and identity not only shapes the brand, but influences how people engage with it. This knowledge underpins her approach to internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
Drawing upon her extensive banking experience, including roles at Bank of Scotland, Lloyds, TSB Bank and Aldermore, Rachael has an apt understanding of both the challenges and opportunities unique to the financial services market and its professionals.
