About the everywoman Award
Celebrating 20 years in 2022, everywoman Awards shine a spotlight the inspirational female founders whose creativity and resilience will help Britain weather the current economic storm. The awards celebrate the woman behind the business, her personal successes and achievements and how she individually inspires others.
Selected from nearly 1,000 entries, the finalists span diverse industries – from pharmaceutical and medical businesses to spa chains and hair products, through to IT software and package design, from career coaching and construction machinery through to biodegradable wet wipes, early learning bibs and pregnancy activewear.
The everywoman Awards are judged exclusively by women that are recognised internationally as leaders in their industries. In 2022, the judging panel includes: Rosaleen Blair CBE, Melissa Odabash, Joanna Hansford, Celia Duncan and Chrissie Rucker OBE. The full list of judges can be seen here.

“I am delighted to have made it to the final of the everywoman Awards. In particular, it was fantastic to face cross-examination from Rosaleen Blair CBE, as I have been inspired by her and followed her career for many years. It has been an aspiration of mine to gain recognition through everywoman since I started AddIn365. It is only this year that I entered the Award because I felt that AddIn365 would meet the grade – and I am thrilled that it has. AddIn365 has grown exponentially since 2020 in terms of revenue, profit and headcount.”
