Celebrating our Microsoft MVPs

We are proud to announce that Wes Hackett and Suzy Dean have once again been recognised as Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs).

This year’s renewals mark Wes’s fourteenth consecutive year as a Microsoft MVP and Suzy’s eighth year receiving the prestigious award. Their continued recognition reflects their expertise, their commitment to sharing knowledge with the wider Microsoft 365 community and their dedication to helping organisations realise more value from Microsoft 365.

What is a Microsoft MVP?

Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (or MVPs) are technology experts who passionately share their knowledge with others.

The MVP award is one of Microsoft’s highest forms of recognition for leaders within the technical community who share their expertise, contribute to the development of Microsoft products and help others succeed. This can include speaking at industry events, delivering webinars, publishing articles, leading user groups and providing valuable feedback that helps shape the future direction of Microsoft products and services.

What MVP Status Means for Our Clients

Working with Microsoft MVPs means working with people who are actively engaged in the conversations shaping the future of the digital workplace. That gives our clients access to insight, expertise and guidance shaped by years of involvement in the Microsoft community. Here’s what that means in practice:

Direct access to Microsoft product teams

Microsoft MVPs are regularly invited to private briefings, product discussions and feedback sessions with Microsoft’s engineering teams. This gives Wes and Suzy greater visibility into Microsoft 365’s direction and emerging best practices. For clients, that means advice informed by first-hand insight and a clearer understanding of how today’s decisions align with tomorrow’s roadmap.

Strategic guidance

Through their experience supporting organisations across industries and their involvement in the Microsoft 365 community, Wes and Suzy help clients make informed decisions and align their digital workplace strategy with business goals.

Community-driven insights

MVPs are at the heart of a global network of IT thought leaders. This community fosters constant learning, troubleshooting, and sharing of new ideas. Our clients gain insights inspired by real-world deployments, diverse case studies, and the collective expertise of the worldwide MVP community.

Advocacy and early adoption

Microsoft MVPs champion the adoption of new technologies and approaches, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve. Whether it’s helping organisations navigate the latest advancements in AI or digital employee experience, our MVPs are proactive in ensuring our clients are prepared for what’s next.

Our MVPs in Action

Throughout the past year, Wes and Suzy have continued to share their expertise through webinars, practical workshops, industry events and thought leadership activities. Their contributions to the Microsoft community help ensure that the insights, best practices and emerging trends shaping the future of Microsoft 365 are reflected in the advice and solutions we deliver to our clients. This commitment is also reflected in the industry awards and recognition received by both Addin365 and our clients over the past year.

A Message from Our MVPs

Wes Hackett shared, “One of the things I value most about being a Microsoft MVP is the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with an incredibly knowledgeable community. The insights and experiences shared across that community help us stay at the forefront of Microsoft 365 and, more importantly, bring practical advice back to our clients. I’m honoured to continue this journey into my fourteenth year.”

Suzy Dean added, “I’m incredibly proud to be recognised as a Microsoft MVP for the eighth year running. This recognition reflects the power of community, collaboration and shared learning. At Addin365, we’re committed to helping our clients get the most from Microsoft 365, and being part of the MVP community gives us the insights and connections to continually support them on that journey.”
